Trijit Corporation AUP Statement

This Acceptable User Policy governs the usage of Trijit Corporation. This Policy is incorporated by reference into each contract Trijit enters into with the Customers for the use of Services. This Acceptance Use Policy is to help and protect the Customers of Trijit in use of Services as per United States governing law constitute acceptance of this policy.

As used in this Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:

• This policy avails on every individual Trijit customer for any Services from Trijit Corporation
• Services' refers to the cloud vps hosting services, dedicated servers, email hosting services or any other products/services provided by us as offered through trijit.com.
• This policy also avails on the person opening an account for any of the entire range of services available with www.trijit.com.

Trijit Corporation Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') is enclosed here to give our customers and users a clear understanding of what Trijit expects of them while using the service. All users of Trijit Corporation who access some of our Services but do not have accounts, as well as those who pay a service fee to subscribe to the Services, must comply with this AUP and our Terms of Service (TOS).

All Trijit Corporation hosting services provided may be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of the law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, trade secret, material in our opinion is obscene, not in public interest, opposed to public policy or is an invasion of privacy of any person or entity.

Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a Trijit hosting server or using an email address or domain that is maintained on an Trijit machine as reference is STRICTLY prohibited. Misuse of System Resources with any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or Customer of Trijit Corporation is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited for using programs that consume excessive CPU time which allow the use of mail services, mail forwarding capabilities, or auto responders other than for the Customers' own account and resale of disk space without an appropriate reseller agreement with Trijit and remote access to CGI scripts installed on our servers is also strictly prohibited.
